Paytm vs Discovery Inc. [India]

Hi,
I am working at Discovery right now. Tc:24lpa. I got a call from Paytm HR yesterday for experienced backend engineering role. Interviews went quite well and I am expecting an offer by Monday. Do not know the numbers yet. Do you think it will be wise to join Paytm instead of Discovery (it is undergoing a merger next year with Warner Bros which could possibly make it the largest OTT platform globally in a few years). Also, what should I set as my expectation in the compensation from Paytm. My YOE is 1.5 yrs.

Plus, on a sidenote, I am being shifted to Devops and Infra side in Discovery which I joined here as a backend engineer. Don't know if that's going to be a permanant case. Is that normal?
